EVENTS coming up soon: Dormition Fast begins on THURSDAY AUGUST 1st. Fish is only permitted on Transfiguration and on St. Herman's day, August 9th.
Also the fast is a time when we are particularly encouraged to come to confession.

Mon. Aug. 5th please fast from noon to prepare for communion at Vesperal Liturgy for Transfiguration beginning at 6:30 pm. UPDATE*BLESSING OF GRAPES & other fruit harvest after liturgy. FISH is permitted at the meal afterward.
Sun. Aug. 11th last day Robyn & Ryan will both be with us before leaving for St. Vlad's
Wed. Aug. 14th 6:30 pm DORMITION vesperal liturgy & FESTAL meal.
Please also pray for Gabe & Ryan, leaving this day to drive Ryan's belongings to St. Vlad's. Robyn & the children will join Ryan a few weeks later.
Sat. Aug. 17th Dylan and Cassandra will be married at St. George's. Please keep them in your prayers!

Sat. Aug. 31st Muryn and Jerry will be married at the Serbian church. 11:30 am, St. Herman's members welcome to attend. Please keep them in your prayers.
